We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your tweezers to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your tweezers upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item so we can resolve the issue promptly.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on tweezers that have been opened, used, or are not in their original sealed packaging. We also cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get the tweezers you want is to return the unused item you have. Once your return is accepted, you can place a new order for the correct product.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to process and post the refund.
