If you’re not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re happy to accept a return for store credit, as long as the item(s) are unused, unopened, and still sealed in their original packaging. Please note, all SALE products are final sale.

Return Guidelines

• Only unused items in their original condition and packaging are eligible for return.

• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

• For returns originating outside of Canada or the USA, any import duties or fees must be covered by the customer.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll issue a digital gift card for the value of the returned item(s), which can be used toward any future purchase on our website.

Customs & Duties

Lash At First Sight / N-DEPT is not responsible for any additional customs charges or fees once your package has left our warehouse. Customs charges and fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. If customs fees and charges are refused at the time of delivery, your order will be destroyed and you will not receive a refund.

Lash At First Sight / N-DEPT pays all duties for Canada, USA, and Australia orders. If you don’t live in these specific countries, you will have to pay your own duties (if any).
